Shipping & Delivery

   All of our pieces are designed, assembled, packaged and sent locally from our studio in Melbourne, Australia to you. 

We are proud to ship all of our orders with Australia Post. The listed timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and range depending on the destination country. If your individual country or continent is not listed below, you can view all of the timeframes here. Please also check your spam/junk folders for the tracking emails.
 

The timeframes do not include order processing times.

Please allow 1-5 business days for us to process your order before dispatch. Shipping time frames are in addition to our production and processing times. Following Australia Post schedules, orders ship out Monday to Friday.

Please note during peak and holiday periods (such as Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's, etc), processing time frames may be subject to change and orders may take longer than expected to be shipped as our courier partners are working extra hard to get your parcels to your doorstep during these periods.

Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. JXS The Label is not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to customs clearance.
